Castle Gardens, Sherborne Christmas Display 2025
A series of images that recorded the construction of the extensive Christmas display areas and retail shop over a 10-day period in early October. The photographs reveal the considerable planning and hard work involved in making the transition from empty retail spaces to finished festive product displays.
Free Range’ Exhibition - Truman Gallery, London, 11-13 July 2025
‘Free Range’ is a special exhibition started by the Truman Brewery in 2000 to provide a platform for emerging young creative talent across a variety of disciplines. A selection of my architectural photographs were exhibited at the event which displayed my interest in architectural storytelling. My aim is to not only capture the essence of the architectural form and spaces of a building, but to show its purpose and how it is used by its visitors.
‘The Sherborne Framed’ - a photographic record, published June 2025
For this book, I produced an extensive body of photographic work which was intended as a time capsule piece, acknowledging the craftsmanship of this historic Grade 1 listed Georgian mansion, and capturing it’s re-awakening as it begins the next phase of its life as a destination for the arts and a place of work for the local community. I wanted to convey the nostalgia of its past and take an in-depth look at the blend of the old and new, following its extensive restoration, to create a modern, functional, space that boldly, and excitingly, moves into its future as an important, living, breathing and working, contemporary home for the creative arts.
